FAQs

What size should I order?

We recommend checking our detailed size guide before purchasing. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit. If you’re unsure, feel free to message us — we’re happy to help.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are made to order to ensure quality and reduce waste.
Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping:

  • UK & Ireland: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • USA & Rest of World: 5–14 business days

Delivery times may vary during busy periods like Christmas or St Patrick’s Day.

What is the quality of the t-shirts?

Our t-shirts are printed on premium-quality garments using high-resolution direct-to-garment (DTG) printing.

This method ensures:

  • Vibrant, long-lasting colours

  • Soft feel (no heavy plastic print)

  • Durable design when washed correctly

Each item is printed specifically for you and quality-checked before shipping.

How should I wash my t-shirt?

To keep your design looking its best:

  • Wash inside out at 30°C

  • Do not tumble dry

  • Do not iron directly over the print

  • Avoid bleach

Following these care instructions helps preserve print quality and fabric longevity.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for sizing or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on location.

Customs fees or import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local regulations.
