At Gaelic Generations, we take pride in creating high-quality Irish heritage apparel. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving their order, provided the item meets the conditions outlined below.

Please include:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• A clear explanation of the issue

Our team will then provide return instructions and the appropriate return facility.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund, the item must:

• Be requested within 30 days of delivery
• Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Be in original condition and packaging
• Include all tags and labels

Items returned in a condition different from how they were received may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our items are print-on-demand and produced specifically for each order, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or personalised products
• Items ordered in the wrong size by the customer
• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
• Items returned without contacting support first

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges due to the nature of print-on-demand fulfilment.

Place a new order for the correct item

Returning Goods

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Returns must be sent to the nearest fulfilment return facility provided by our support team.

Return Shipping Recommendations

Gaelic Generations cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

Refunds cannot be issued until:

• The returned item has been received and inspected, or
• Proof of delivery is provided.

Refund Processing

Once a returned item has been received and approved, refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift at checkout, you may receive a store credit once the returned item is received.

If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
