Return & Refund Policy

At Gaelic Generations, each item is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size choice, change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or any reason not caused by a fault with the item.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@gaelicgenerations.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.

If your claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate resolution. Depending on the issue, this may include a replacement or a refund.

How to report an issue

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please email support@gaelicgenerations.com and include:

• Your order number

• The item affected

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photo evidence where relevant

Non-returnable items

Because our products are made to order, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Items ordered in the wrong size by the customer

• Change-of-mind purchases

• Buyer’s remorse

• Custom or personalised items

• Items damaged through misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

• Items sent back without prior approval from our support team

Returns and return instructions

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Where a return is required, our support team will provide the correct return instructions and return address based on your location and order.

Returns sent without approval or to the wrong address may not be processed.

Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

For any approved return, we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Gaelic Generations cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refund processing

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, or once sufficient evidence has been provided where a physical return is not required, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
