Shipping Policy
Every Gaelic Generations item is produced especially for your order rather than being mass-stocked.
Free delivery
We offer free delivery to destinations we are currently able to serve. There is no minimum order value and no delivery discount code is required.
A small number of destinations may be unavailable because of legal restrictions, carrier limitations or fulfilment restrictions.
Production time
Most products are produced after an order is placed.
Production commonly takes several business days before dispatch. Peak periods such as Christmas and St Patrick’s Day may take longer.
Delivery time
Delivery time depends on your destination, product availability, fulfilment location and carrier.
Any delivery estimate provided by us is an estimate rather than a guaranteed date unless we expressly agree otherwise.
Unless a different delivery period is agreed with you, we will deliver within the period required by applicable consumer law.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent after your order has been dispatched.
Multiple shipments
Products in the same order may occasionally be produced at different fulfilment locations or shipped separately. You will not be charged additional delivery fees because of this.
Customs and import charges
International orders can be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Where these charges are not collected by us at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@gaelicgenerations.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or dispatch has begun.
Delays or missing deliveries
If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us so that we can investigate it with the fulfilment provider or carrier.
