These terms apply when you use Gaelic Generations and when you purchase products from us.

Gaelic Generations is an independent UK online retailer operated by Conor Dwyer as a sole trader.

2. These terms and your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under consumer law.
Goods supplied to consumers must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose.
3. Products
Gaelic Generations sells apparel and related products featuring our designs.
Most products are made after an order is placed rather than being held as finished stock.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, designs and descriptions accurately. Colours can vary slightly between screens and physical products.

4. Placing an order
You can review and correct your order information before submitting the order.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
We will send an order confirmation to the email address you provide.
If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment already taken for the affected item or order.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in GBP unless the website states otherwise.
The total amount payable is shown before you submit your order.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Payment methods may include cards, digital wallets and PayPal once the relevant payment services are enabled.
6. Promotions and bundle savings
From time to time we may offer promotional pricing or discount codes.
Our standard Bundle & Save offer currently provides:
- 2 eligible tees — 10% saving;
- 3 eligible tees — 12% saving; and
- 4 or more eligible tees — 15% saving.
Where shown as automatic, the relevant saving is applied automatically in the basket or checkout.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions and percentage discount codes cannot be combined.
7. Delivery
We provide free delivery to destinations we are able to serve.
Products are generally produced after the order is placed. Production and transit times vary according to the product, destination, fulfilment location and carrier.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed dates unless we expressly agree a specific delivery date with you.
Unless a different period has been agreed, goods will be delivered within the period required by applicable consumer law.
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate before submitting your order.
8. International orders, customs and import charges
Orders may be produced and dispatched from fulfilment centres in different countries.
For some international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes or similar charges may be imposed by the destination country.
Where we do not collect those charges at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
9. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Consumers buying online may have a statutory right to cancel an order after purchase, including a 14-day cancellation period after receiving most standard goods.

10. Faulty or incorrect products
If your goods are faulty, damaged, misprinted, incorrect, not as described or otherwise fail to meet your statutory rights, contact support@gaelicgenerations.com.
Nothing in these terms limits remedies available under applicable consumer law.

Unless otherwise stated, the designs, branding, copy, photographs, graphics and other original material on the Gaelic Generations website are owned by or licensed to Gaelic Generations.
You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce or commercially exploit our protected material without permission.
12. Reviews and user-submitted content
If you submit a review or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is not unlawful, defamatory or infringing.
You give us permission to display and reproduce that content in connection with Gaelic Generations and its marketing, subject to applicable law.

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
