What does Gaelic Generation do?
To keep your design looking its best:
- Wash inside out at 30°C
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not iron directly over the print
- Avoid bleach
Following these care instructions helps preserve print quality and fabric longevity.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. For standard catalogue products bought online, you may tell us you wish to cancel any time from placing your order until 14 days after receiving the goods, including if you chose the wrong size or colour. Once you tell us, you have a further 14 days to return them. This right applies to standard catalogue products even though they are printed after you order. The cancellation right may not apply to goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, please contact support@gaelicgenerations.com as soon as possible and we will review it promptly. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer free tracked shipping to the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United States and South Africa. Available destinations are shown at checkout. Customs fees or import duties, where applicable, are set by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.
